Ingredients

  • 1 mold (approx. 25 x 15 cm)
  • 100 grs of sugar
  • 100 grs flour with sifted powder
  • 25 grs Extra Virgin Olive Oil O-live
  • 4 eggs
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Separate the whites from the yolks. Mount the egg whites with the sugar and pinch the salt. Once consistent add the yolks. Mix gently. Incorporate sifted flour, lemon zest, vanilla and pinch of cinnamon. Mix gently. Finally incorporate the oil little by little. Fill molded molds, sprinkle with oat flakes and bake at 180 ° C until buried a skewer stick comes out dry.
